Our products are the leather components only. All hardware needs to be re-used after having been extracted from the factory part (like brackets, trim pieces, etc.)
Steering wheel covers include the leather cover, threads and needles to lace the cover on your wheel.
Complete steering wheels are shipped, well, complete, except for airbags and button panels - those need to be transferred over from your current steering wheels.
