On your custom F-250 steering wheel cover, does the seams match the reliefs of the steering wheel? It appears they do not in your photos.

Yes, of course it does! The photo shows a version made to go OVER the factory leather, in which case the seams are moved up so that all 4 panels are approximately the same size, which makes two-tone setups look much better. However, if you choose to replace the factory leather rather than install over it (please feel free to mention the preferred version in the comments field on the order form), the seams will be just where they are on the factory wheel.
