Does the custom fit take into account the tiptronic shifters on the steering wheel

To make sure leather on the back of the wheel by the paddle shifters is installed correctly, the only right way is to remove paddle housing, trim out a hole in leather slightly smaller than the housing, and reinstall the paddles. This way the leather will end under the housing and look factory-like.
